Correct, you cannot edit via FTP anymore. You have to add new files through the HTTP uploader. Click "edit item" and then click "change the files" (the butterfly). Click "Share" and select the files you want to upload (you're missing d1t05, d3t02 and d3t04). Then post back here and we'll rerun the derive for you.

I just did that for my upload of breakfast2009-07-04.flac. It works OK, but you don't get any progress indicator. Just be patient.

Keep posting the Blueground Undergrass!!! Great stuff. I wish they'd come to the northeast sometime soon!
